Shipping policy

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

International orders £250 or less are shipped via Royal Mail tracked, signed-for and insured for the value. Orders worth over £250 are sent via UPS/DHL/FedEx.

Custom fees and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. US customers are required to pay custom fees at the point of purchase. 

If an order is returned to us due to failure to collect the parcel/issues with the address, the buyer will be required to re-pay shipping.

In the rare occasion that your order is lost in transit, we will try to resolve the issue with the postal service & may need your assistance. Please note it can take a while for the refund to be completed and full refunds aren't always guaranteed.
